How To Order Donor Profiles and Genassist Letters

Information Available on Donors

Short Profiles: Available on all of our donors. Short Profile summarizes the donor's personal and family heath history. They are available on our website only and are at no charge. To view a donor's short profile, open the current donor list and select the donor number you are interested in.

Long Profiles: Available for purchase on all of our donors. They are between 17 and 19 pages each and contain more information on the donor's personal and family health history. Long profiles also contain several essays questions.

Genassist Letter: The Genassist letter is available on many of our donors. It is a genetic review analysis of the donor's personal and family health history and is 1-2 pages long. The Genassist Letter helps to determine the associated risk of health issues identified by the donor and his family. 
You may now order Long Profiles and Genassist Letters directly from our website! To place an order from our website, open the Current Donor List (click here) and select the donor number you are interested in. You will then have the option to either purchase the instant download version (PDF File) or you can request that the order be mailed to you.  Orders mailed to you are charged a flat shipping fee of $5.00 and your order will arrive in 3-5 business days.
