CryoGam has always completed Thalassemia, Tay Sachs, Sickle Cell, and Karyotype testing on donors whose ethnic origin put them at a higher risk for these genetic disease; however, we will begin to screen all new donors for Cystic Fibrosis. Some donors already have Cystic Fibrosis testing completed and more donors should be available soon.
