TO PLACE AN ORDER:

TO PURCHASE A LONG PROFILE:

Click on the donor number itself. A new browser window will open with the long profile added to your shopping cart. You may purchase the long profile with either a PayPal account or your regular credit card. After you purchase the long profile it will be e-mailed to you.

PLEASE NOTE: All of our donors are anonymous. We do not provide photos of them. We are happy to perform a photomatch for your top 3-5 donors, FREE of charge! E-mail us for more information!

Donors below are Level 4 Donors with Expanded Genetic Testing

**Signature of Sperm Donor Genetic Notification – Client Acknowledgement is Required for Purchase of Level 4 donors.**

To view the genetic testing results for a donor, click on Genetic Results for their testing results and a preview of their Client Acknowledgement form. To order for a Level 4 donor, the Sperm Donor Genetic Notification – Client Acknowledgement form will be sent to you via DocuSign for the donor you are wanting to order. This MUST be completed and returned PRIOR to an order being placed for pick-up or shipping.
