Tank Rental Pricing
CryoGam no longer offers tank rentals for shipment of specimens between laboratories. For safety of specimens during transport, tank rentals can only be used for hand carry transportation.
If you need to rent a Liquid Nitrogen Dry Shipper to transfer reproductive tissue, please contact CryoGam and we will be happy to assist you in facilitating the shipment.
Some reasons you may need to rent a tank are:

You have reproductive specimens stored at one clinic and need to transfer them to another clinic

You have reproductive specimens stored at a clinic and need to transfer them to CryoGam or another long term storage facility
If you just need to order anonymous donor sperm, you do NOT need to fill out tank rental paperwork. Please click HERE for how to set up an account to purchase donor sperm.

Tank Rental Options:

You would like the tank shipped to Lab 1, then you perform the coordination and transfer. The return shipping label is included, so either Lab 2 or yourself can return the tank back to CryoGam.

You would like the tank shipped directly to your home address, you perform the coordination and transfer, then return the tank to CryoGam using the pre-paid return label.
